Why did my Mesh disconnect?

Petfon Mesh might got disconnected due to the following reasons,please kindly check which condition meet your current situation. 

1. Petfon APP shut off ------Please always ensure Petfon APP running during use. 

2.Mesh power off ------Petfon could keep working for 15days-1 year depending on the work cycle you set up, please kindly recharge it when the power is off.

3. Mesh too far away from your Controller and cellphone-------Please mount Mesh in a place where you can make sure it has a signal strength of 3-5 bars. 

 

Please kindly follow these steps to connect it again:

1, Press the power button and hold it for 5 seconds to turn off Mesh. 

2,Please press the power button and hold it for another 5 seconds to turn Mesh back on.

3,Turn off Bluetooth in your cellphone and turn it back on

4,Turn off Petfon APP in your cellphone and turn it back on.

5, Please check it's connection status again (Petfon APP==>Menu==>Devices), if the signal is still weak(or no signal), please move Mesh closer to your controller.
