If the tracker/controller could not be scanned, please kindly check through the following steps:

  • 1. Please check if the email address you typed in is correct.
  • 2. Please check if the email is in the SPAM folder.
  • 3. The email might be delayed due to a poor network environment, please kindly wait for few minutes, the verification code is valid in 30 minutes.
  • 4. You could also change another mailbox and try again.
