How to solve if I cannot scan the tracker ?
1. Make sure to tear off the seals under the equipment.
2. Remove loops from equipment to avoid interference during charging.
3. Full charged the charging box with electricity, and then unplug the charging wire of the charging box.
4. Put the tracker back to the charging box，check the lights of it，which should be in a blue flashing state. The green lights constant of 5 seconds then turn off denotes that the charging is completed and full. (If there is no phenomenon, it means that there is no charge, may not be good contact) please reput it back.

Can not receive the verification code ?

What if the charging indicator does not turn on when the product is put in the charging box and cannot be charged ?
After the tracker and controller (hereinafter referred to as "device") are used up, it is recommended to put them in the charging box to ensure that the power is sufficient and not easy to be lost for the next use. If the device was running out and didn't charge for a long time (more than one week), the device battery will enter the protected mode. Usually, you will able to see the device LED light and the Battery Capacity Indicator blinking blue if you put it back in the charging box. However, during the battery protected mode, the Battery Capacity Indicator might not turn off after 15 sec. This situation will cause the device didn't charge appropriately. If the above situation happened, you need to do the following steps: 1. Make sure the charging box fully charged. 2. Put the device into the charging box; The Battery Capacity Indicator will start blinking blue and turn off after 15 sec. Take the device out and put it back in. Repeat the above action about several times until the blue indicator light is constantly blinking.
How does PETFON track and locate your pet ?
PETFON consists of two modules, the Controller is carried by the owner,
and the Tracker is attached to the pet.
You can track the pet's location and activity via the Petfon app on your iPhone.
What is the tracking range performance ?
The weather and buildings may influence the modules' performance.
The valid tracking distance is expected to reach 0.65 mile (1.05km) in congested urban areas.
In an open outdoor environment, the valid tracking distance can be up to 3.5 miles (5.5km).
Note: Indoors and extreme weather conditions not applicable.
How long does PetFon's battery last ?
On average, the battery lasts up to 8-12 hours depending on the strength of gps signal coverage.
The PetFon app will tell you when it’s time to charge.
We recommend to carry the charge box with you during a long trip.
We will send you a notification when your battery needs to be charged, and a full recharge only takes 2 hours!
Does the product support Android system ?
Petfon Currently only support Apple IOS system.
The Andiord version will be available soon.
How does the Controller and the Tracker connect ?
The Controller and the the Tracker will automatically connect.
For a short distance, both modules can be linked via Bluetooth.
For a long distance (>50 Yards), both modules can be connected by a dedicated wireless technology.
How to install the Controller and the Tracker ?
Assemble the Tracker and the Loop.
Please note that the loop need to be placed in a single direction.
Do not insert it upside down.
After the Band is passed through the pet's collar, hook it on the hooks on both sides of the Loop to complete the installation.
Assemble the Controller and the Loop and use the Band to attach the controller to your body or directly put it into your pocket.
What is The Warranty for Petfon ?
PetFon has a one-year product warranty from the date of purchase.
If you encounter any technical problems within one year of purchase, we will troubleshoot and replace the equipment if necessary without charge.
Note that the product warranty does not cover damage or loss of the Petfon.
How to verify if the charging box has power ?
This device comes with a light button integrated design.
The battery button light is located inside of the charging box.
Battery Detection: Click on the charging box indicator; the indicator will light up for 5 seconds then turn off.
Orange Light: Low Battery Level.
Blue Light: Good Battery Level.
Why my scan doesn't work ?
Please make your scanning when both of the Controller and the Tracker are powered.
How to link the Controller and the Tracker to your phone ?
Turn on your mobile phone Bluetooth function;
Go to the App, click on the menu" in the top left corner, and then click on "Devices""→"Management"→"Add new device"
Following the APP instruction to scan the Controller and the Tracker for devices linking.

How many times can the Controller and Tracker be charged when the charging box is fully charged ?
3 times or more.
Can I turn off the device when I don't need to track my pet ?
Just place the device in the charging box when you are not using it.
Why do you need to carry both the Controller and your mobile phone when implementing the tracking function ?
The Tracker and your phone are connected via a Controller.
The Controller and the phone are connected via Bluetooth.
Therefore, you should carry both the Controller and the phone when tracking your pet.
Is the APP only available in English ?
The APP language will automatically adjust based on the phone's system language setting.
Is PetFon available outside of U.S. ?
Yes! PetFon support any country with gps signal available.
